  • Prices for the property are per week in UK pounds.
  • A £50.00 refundable deposit is payable with final balance for all bookings, which will be refunded following a house keepers inspection.
  • Long weekend lets are available out of school holiday period.
  • Arrival departure day for all weekly bookings is Saturday. Guests may arrive after 3pm and should depart by 10am.
  • Booking is confirmed on receipt of a £50.00 deposit and balance must be paid 6 weeks in advance of rental.
  • Linen , towel change and cleaning is on a weekly basis.
  • We regret that the apartment accepts no pets.
  • No smoking .

This property is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to stairs leading from the car park to the apartment.
