The apartment is situated on the second floor of a 'Grade II' listed building which still retains some of it's
orginal features. Waverley has been recently refurbished to a high standard and has an open plan living/kitchen/dining
area. The lounge area has cream leather sofas with TV, DVD and stereo, and library of books, games and movies for your family's
entertainment. For the children there are also fishing nets, buckets, spades and even a small surf board.

'Waverley' is situated on a quiet road just above the main high street of Ilfracombe. There is a wonderful view from
the window in the lounge which looks out over Ilfracombe and the Bristol Channel. On a clear day you can use the telescope
provided to see across to Wales.There is private parking for the apartment at the rear of the building for one car,
although the amenties of Ilfracombe are a short walk away.
The apartment is well equipped for your stay and has been awarded "Four Stars" by the Visit Britain scheme.
